I absolutely love this tote!! I get compliments every time I wear it out
great stuff i love it
I have been pretty disappointed with my experience. My item shipped a day after the 2 week window, which isnt a huge deal, but when the bag came in, the decal was in the wrong color (it was supposed to be printed in black). I messaged about it and was sent a return label so I sent back the bag I received. It has now been a week since that return label was issued, but I have not been given any notification of when my correct bag will ship out. Since this was an error on the store's end and not on the customer end, I would have thought that they'd send out my correct order as soon as they were notified that it was wrong. I messaged asking for an ETA of when I will receive my new bag several days ago and still have not gotten a response.
