We handle bulk or wholesale on a case by case basis, depending on time/prep/and availability.Please message us for any bulk/wholesale questions. You can also sign up via our wholesale link below.

EXCHANGE POLICY: We want you to be happy with your order. WE HANDLE EXCHANGES WITH SIZING ISSUES ONLY for items that can be resold (exchanges cannot be made for personalized/custom embroideries). With our exchange process, buyers are responsible for the return label and the new label to ship out. See Refund Policy section under Legal for process.

We thoroughly inspect our products before shipment. If you feel there are any loose threading, please message us with a photo so we can inspect. Most likely it is extra threading that we left or cut off during the preparation process, & will not affect the embroidery.
If it is any other damage issue, please send us a photo for inspection and we will further discuss action.

We do not generally accept cancellations. If an order is already in process or production, we cannot cancel. If an order is currently not in process or production, we can discuss the cancellation process.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is marked delivered. We do recommend that you purchase priority shipping, as it comes with parcel insurance. That way you will be able to file a claim if missing.There are multiple scenarios as to why your package is missing, soplease do the following before filing a claim:

- Check with your neighbors/neighborhood FB page to see if anyone accidentally received your package.

- If you can, speak with your carrier to see where they placed your package.

- Call your local PO and ask them to get a hold of your carrier to locate the missing package.

-Give it a couple of days, it may have been accidentally marked as delivered.
