Delivery Policy:

    • We are a made to order shop and have a typical turnaround time of around 6 business days. This can vary based on seasonal volume fluctuations. 
  2. Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times and rates will vary based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address.
  3. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
  4. Delivery Time:

    • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping may take 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors.
  5. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
  6. Delivery Issues:

    • Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after it is marked delivered. We do recommend that you purchase priority shipping, as it comes with parcel insurance. That way you will be able to file a claim if missing to make up for the loss.
    • There are multiple scenarios as to why your package is missing, so please do the following before filing a claim:
    • - Check with your neighbors/neighborhood FB page to see if anyone accidentally received your package.
    • - If you can, speak with your carrier to see where they placed your package.
    • - Call your local PO and ask them to get a hold of your carrier to locate the missing package.
    • - Give it a couple of days, it may have been accidentally marked as delivered.

Return Policy:

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed and unworn) within 14 days of fulfillment, for store credit only. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Any customized product is unable to be returned.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please email us at honeysoulshop+returns@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  5. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  6. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not process direct exchanges.
